Without a doubt, it has been fantastic to be able to resume all InstaPlant projects at full swing for the first time in a few years.
For InstaPlant, 2022 has been a thrilling year of celebration of the Queen’s Jubilee, which has provided many new and inspirational designs for our team to bring to life.
Mentioning every project we fell in love with would be impossible, so we thought it was best to share just a few comments from our customers, who were kind enough to write a few lines on what both the gardening teams and the local public had to say:
Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council – “The carpet bed went down an absolute storm. This design is one of our ways to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee”. Ashford Borough Council 3D Spitfire – You will have seen this 3D design on our website before, however given the 2022 Jubilee celebrations, it was decided that the frame must be sent back to us for refurbishment and replanting. We absolutely love being able to recycle a design and breath new life into a project year after year, so we could not have been happier!
Ashford Borough Council said “The Spitfire has been a huge success again this year. We even had people saying that they were glad it was back this year while we were installing it”
Middlesbrough Council – Middlesbrough Council had one of the largest displays of the year, dedicated again to the Jubilee. A large semi-circle was produced on a stone raised bedding platform, mainly filled with thousands of Echeveria to create the background, with other traditional bedding plants used to define the more detailed sections of the crowns features. They were kind enough to provide us with the above photograph, which does a fantastic job of showing off the pure scale of this display.
Of course not all displays where designed around the Platinum Jubilee. We had several customers coming to us for re-plantings and in particular Northumberland Country Council again installed their stunning floral clock, complete with custom fabricated hands to tell the time!
